FEDEX “PACK & SHIP WITH THE PROS” SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. 1. ELIGIBILITY:  This FedEx Pack & Ship with the Pros Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 or older as of 12/31/10. Employees of FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., the NFL Entities (as defined below), and their respective parent and affiliate companies, suppliers, advertising, promotion and internet agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

  2. 2. HERE‘S HOW TO ENTER:  Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/27/10, visit fedex.com/packwiththepros and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and select the random drawing for the corresponding NFL team you wish to enter.

    Entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET on 12/31/10. A person can use only one email address to enter, may enter only one of the above identified random drawings, and may enter that drawing only one time per day. All entries into the sweepstakes will be eligible for the random drawing corresponding to the entrant’s NFL team selected upon registration; an entrant will not be permitted to change his/her NFL team after registration. A “day” is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, with the exception of the first day that begins at 9:00 a.m. ET and the last day that ends at 12 p.m. (noon) ET.

RANDOM DRAWING:  A total of seven (7) random drawings, one (1) per corresponding team as described above, will be conducted on or about 1/5/11 from among all eligible entries received for each such team/drawing. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the random drawing you entered. Limit 1 prize per household regardless of whether an entrant may be selected in more than one (1) drawing.

  4. 4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARVs”):  (7) Grand Prizes (1 per random drawing) consisting of a pair of season tickets to the 2011 season for the NFL team corresponding to each random drawing per the chart in Rule #1. Prize includes tickets only; specific seats for each game to be determined by Sponsor. Winners/guests will be responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to meals, transportation, parking fees, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. (ARV: $2,000 per prize). Actual value of the prize will depend upon the ticket price as determined by each NFL team. (21) First Prizes (3 per random drawing) – An NFL team helmet autographed by a sponsor-specified NFL team member (ARV: $259.99 ea.); (35) Second Prizes (5 per random drawing) – An official NFL game ball (ARV: $89.99 ea.); (140) Third Prizes (20 per random drawing) – an NFL team hat (ARV: $25 ea.). The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $26,109.44. Prizes will be delivered in approximately 6 – 8 weeks from the date of prize notification and will be sent to the address provided at registration. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

  5. 5. GENERAL RULES:  Potential Grand Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 14 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. Grand Prize winners will be notified by overnight mail. Minors who attend the games must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Winners and guests will be responsible for complying with all rules and regulations established by the NFL team whose tickets are awarded. In the event a winner’s company policy prohibits the awarding of a prize to an employee, the prize will be awarded in the name of the company, if permissible by the company. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold the Released Parties, their directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses (including a winners list) for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties, their directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawings for each market will be conducted from among all eligible entries received for each market prior to termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding a specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder.” “Authorized e-mail account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any costs or expenses related to a participant maintaining their email account are the responsibility of the account holder. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
